RESOLVED that the award of a
contract to the Supplier as set out in Exempt Annex
4 for the provision of technology enabled care service in
accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR) for a
contract period of 6 years (including one year extension period)
with a maximum contract value of £3 million, be approved.
