RESOLVED that –
 

1.   
the proposal outlined in paragraphs 3 - 7, subject to planning
permission, for a vocational centre for children and young people
aged 14 to 19 at St Philip’s School, a special academy in
Chessington, be approved;
 

2.   
the Corporate and Resources Committee be RECOMMENDED to commit additional funding, up to a current
estimate of £3.1m of High Needs capital grant, in the next
budget monitoring report, due to be considered on 28 September
2023.
