RESOLVED that:
 

1.   
the continuation of the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames
(Eagle Brewery Wharf) Public Spaces Protection Order 2020 (the 2020
Order (Annex 1)) for a further 3 years to take effect from 7
September 2023 under Section 60 of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime
and Policing Act 2014 (the 2014 Act) be approved; and
 

2.   
an Order extending period the 2020 Order has effect, in the form
shown in Annex 2 of the report, be executed with the corporate seal
affixed to it; and
 

3.   
Officers be asked to initiate investigation of an extension or a
new PSPO to cover the town end wharf and queens promenade.
