RESOLVED
that:
 
1.        
in consideration of the factors set out
in paragraphs 1-10 of the report, the alternative delivery option
of partnering with a private district heat network special investor
as set out in Option C in paragraphs 11-15 of the report, including
the procurement of a potential partner, be approved for progression
for the Kingston District Heat Network (KDHN) project whilst work
continues with Thames Water; and 
 
2.        
a
full business case and delivery
strategy for Option C be developed and reported to the relevant
Committee for approval prior to any contractual commitment being
made.
