RESOLVED that –
 

1.   
The threshold for applying the council’s contract rules,
which all officers must follow when buying goods, works or
services, be set at an estimated value (including VAT) of not less
than the threshold amount for the supply of goods and services as
set out in Schedule 1 of the Procurement Act (currently
£214,904), as amended from time to time;
 

2.   
The Council’s Contract Regulations contained in Part 4D of
the Constitution be updated to comply with the Procurement Act 2023
and Procurement Regulations 2024, as set out in Annex
1 to the report, with effect from 24 February 2025.
