The purpose of this joint committee is to review the final proposal for the Shaping Care Together Programme across Southport, Formby and West Lancashire area proposed by the NHS Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board and NHS Cheshire and Merseyside Integrated Care Board.
