Purpose

The Lancashire County Council
2025-2030 Plan: Building a better Lancashire sets out the Council's
vision, ambitions, and priorities for the next five years. The Plan
will guide future decision making and form the basis of specific
service delivery plans and a new performance management framework.
Shaped by engagement with a range of stakeholders, the Plan will
also align with wider strategies.
