Sakthi Karunanithi, Director of Public Health,
Wellbeing and Communities, took a decision in consultation with the
Cabinet Member for Resources, HR and Property (Deputy Leader), to
approve the final detail of the scheme, and any subsequent
Household Support Fund schemes in line with the principles set out
and relevant government guidance.
