Purpose

As part of the normal process of service
delivery, the approved highways capital programme now requires
amendments to the street lighting programme to meet emerging
priorities.
 
Head of Service is asked to approve the
reallocation of funds within the Street Lighting Defects Programme.

is no change to the total budget.
