Purpose

Executive Summary
Head
of Service is asked to approve the reallocation of £85,000
within the above programme in order to allow completion of the
Church Brow retaining wall project.
The
allocations are from projects in the same programme, the total
allocation is below the threshold for Capital Board approval and
there is no change to the total budget.
 
Background
The annual bridges
programme consists of several projects at varying stages of scheme
development. Changes in scope or cost during project delivery,
require the budget allocations to be reviewed to ensure the
programme is delivered within available resources and completed
projects are financially reconciled.
