Full council record
Purpose
Rossendale Borough Council successfully secured funding for the
gyratory project from the Capital Regeneration Project supported by
the Levelling Up Fund (LUF) for East Lancashire. The procurement
will be tendered via a competitive process fully compliant with the
Public Procurement Regulations.
The
preferred route to market is via an open tender process, however
this is subject to the finalisation and provision of specification
documents, drawings and site and scope information to be prepared
by and received from consultants to be published with the tender
documents. Third-party frameworks may also be considered and may be
utilised should time restraints dictate this.
An
agreement between LCC and RBC is required to deliver the project
and the terms are being discussed and are to be
finalised.
