Purpose

The Director of Highways and Transport was
asked to approve the establishment of a multi supplier Framework
Agreement for the provision of Traditional Surfacing &
Associated Services in accordance with 5.1 of the Council's
Procurement Rules which provide authority to the relevant Director
to proceed to award a Contract on the completion of the Tender
Process where the decision to undertake the Tender Process has been
approved by Cabinet.

Content

Matt Townsend, Director of Highways and
Transport took the decision which had been delegated to him in
accordance with 9.52 (51) of the Council's Scheme of Delegation to
Officers to approve the establishment of a multi supplier Framework
Agreement to procure traditional surfacing and associated
services.
