The Lancashire Health and Wellbeing Board approved recommendations on 03/09/2024. The board reviewed lessons learned from the Tatton Gardens Extra Care Scheme and discussed the administration of Disabled Facilities Grants across Lancashire. Emerging themes from the Disabled Facilities Grant review include adopting a best practice model policy, developing consistent indicators, and implementing a trusted assessor model.
