Purpose

implementation and review of the Full Travel Plan.
When consulted by Lancaster City Council on a full planning
application for the erection of six buildings comprising of 10
units for general industrial or storage and distribution uses (Use
Classes B2 and B8), and associated works at Lancaster Business
Park, Caton Road, Lancaster, the County Council responded
requesting that the developer should be required to contribute
Section 106 monies; a contribution of £6,000 to enable
Lancashire County Council to monitor and support the development,
implementation and review of the Full Travel Plan.
Lancaster City Council's Planning Committee have resolved to
approve the application, subject to various conditions and subject
to an agreement to cover related matters.
Authority to take this decision has been delegated under the Scheme
of Delegation to Heads of Service.
