will facilitate works to improve areas across 4 districts of East
Lancashire including Burnley, Hyndburn, Pendle, and
Rossendale.

The LUF programme will introduce a range of interventions including
Safer, Greener and Healthier Streets and Accessible and Vibrant
Town Centres.

The Procurement Initiative Plan (PIP) is prepared to outline the
proposed procurement route for the programme including details for
the tender preparation and anticipated timescales, evaluation
methodology, the stakeholders involved in the process and the
identification of risks for the procurement for the East Lancashire
