Purpose

The Director of Highways is asked to take the
decision to approve the request to run a mini competition for the
procurement of materials from the pre-existing Stone and Paving
Framework on behalf of the Director of Highways in accordance with
the Council's directorate schemes of Delegation 9.52
(50).

Matt Townsend, Director of Highways and
Transport took the decision which has been delegated to him in
accordance with 9.52 (50) of the Council's Scheme of Delegation to
Officers for approval of the approval of the commencement of a mini
competition process, to publish a mini competition from the stone
and paving framework for the provision of materials, as set out in
the report.
