This is in order for the
surfacing work to be delivered as part of the ongoing Derby Street
Railway Bridge works contract.
 
This will allow the work to be
completed within the planned programme, taking advantage of the
existing site establishment and contractor availability, as
surfacing is already planned as part of the bridge works
project.
