& Regeneration, took the decision which has been delegated to
her in accordance with the Council's Directorate Schemes of
Delegation for the approval of the commencement of a Request for
Quotation (RFQ) procurement exercise to publish a RFQ for the
provision of kitchen extension works at Banks Methodist Primary
School.
