local organisation requesting £300 towards subsidising
speakers fees to deliver free community talks on topics of local
interest from the Local Member Grants Scheme.

County Councillor Adrian Owens considered and approved a
Local Member Grant for the reduced amount of £150 to Friends
of Parbold Library towards the cost of subsidising
speaker's fees to deliver free community talks on topics of local
interest
 
The reason for the reduction is Councillor
Owens is reserving funding for additional organisations operating
within his division.
