pedestrian liquid feeder for bowling greens from the Local Member

rejected a Local Member Grant to Higher Walton Bowling Club towards
a professional pedestrian liquid feeder for bowling greens.
 
The reason for the rejection is Councillor
Cottam is reserving funding for other causes with wider public
support operating within his division.
