Purpose

1. A Travel Plan Contribution totalling £6,000 to enable
Lancashire County Council to monitor and support the development,
implementation and review of the Full Travel Plan.

Authority to take this decision has been delegated under the Scheme
of Delegation to Heads of Service.
It is recommended that the Head of Legal and Democratic Services is
authorised to enter into an agreement under Section 106 of the Town
& Country Planning Act 1990 in connection with the proposed
development, providing for obligations on the owner or developer of
the land to pay a sum of £6,000.
