summarising the agreement made between LCC and West Lancashire
Council around the commission of Holiday Activity and Food
Programme Delivery for 2025-2026 which WL Council then sub contract
'Endeavour' organisation to deliver on their behalf.

Katherine Ashworth, Head of
Service Early Help, LCC, on behalf of Paul Turner,
Director of Education, Culture and Skills
took a decision to request the production of a
sealed document which forms a collaboration agreement made between
LCC and West Lancashire Council outlining the terms and
arrangements for the commissioning of Holiday Activity and Food
Programme Delivery for 2025-2026 which West Lancashire Borough
Council then sub contract to their local organisation 'Endeavour'
to deliver on their behalf.
