Purpose
A decision to seek approval for the
County Council to enter into a Planning Obligation by way of
Unilateral Undertaking under a Section 106 agreement of the Town
and Country Planning Act 1990, in relation to Wyre Council planning
application 24/00303/FULMAJ which is an application to redevelop
Fleetwood Nautical College providing new student accommodation, new
entrance to the main building and a three storey extension to
provide specialist teaching space.
A planning contribution of £6,000.00 (six thousand pounds) is
required for the monitoring of the Travel Plan.
Authority to take this decision has been delegated under the Scheme
of Delegation to Heads of Service.
