Purpose

This report presents an application from an
organisation requesting £740 towards their cable car trip in
Switzerland from the Champion for Young People budget.

Content

The Head of Democratic Services, following
consultation with County Councillor Mackenzie Ritson, Champion for
Young People, rejected a Champions Grant application to 1st Bamber
Bridge Guides towards the cost of their trip to Switzerland.

The reason for the rejection was due to the
very limited amount of funding remaining, Cllr Ritson is unable to
approve their grant request on this occasion.
