Purpose
This report provides the LCCA Vision and
Objectives document for review and approval. This document gives a high-level overview of the
role, priorities, principles and governance of the
LCCA. It reflects the vision and
objectives set out in the LCCA Proposal submitted to Government in
2024 and the development of the Lancashire Growth Plan and related
strategy development within the LCCA. It also takes account of the
English Devolution and Community Empowerment Bill, published in
July 2025.
