2025/26 Lancashire Combined County Authority (LCCA) Budget and
Capital Programme for Quarter 1 to June 2025, including a proposal
for the creation of a membership line in the 2025/26 budget.

Maintenance Grant for 2025/26 and future years and to agree to
passport these back to the Upper Tier Authorities who retain the
highway authority function.
