Purpose

As part of the normal process of service
delivery, the approved bridges maintenance capital programme now
requires amendments to meet emerging priorities and allow the
effective delivery the Programme.

Head of Service is asked to approve the reallocation of funds
within the above programme.

The reallocations are between projects in the same programme and
there is no change to the total approved budget.

decision to agree the changes to allow the programme to be
delivered effectively within the total budget.
