Purpose

It is proposed to make a Traffic Regulation
Order within the West Lancashire Borough to introduce a Prohibition
of Waiting restriction - designated as "No Waiting at Any Time" and
marked by double yellow lines and to revoke a residential disabled
parking bay that has been assessed as no longer being required. The
proposal has undergone statutory consultation, resulting in several
formal objections, including a petition comprising 134
signatures.
