Purpose

Head of Service is asked to approve
the reallocation of funds within the above programme. Details of
the proposed reallocation is shown in appendix A of the attached
report.

The reallocations are between projects in the same programme and
there is no change to the total approved budget. The changes will
allow the total number of live projects to be reduced, completed
projects to be reconciled and available funds released to support
delivery of the programme. There are transfers between projects in
different programme years. This is to ensure that funds are used
effectively by supporting project delivery.
