for Quotation (RFQ) exercise for the Air Conditioning Replacement
at Skelmersdale Library, Southway, WN8 6NL on behalf of the
Director of Growth and Regeneration in accordance with the
Council's Directorate Schemes of Delegation 9.52 (48).

Regeneration, took the decision which has been delegated to him in
accordance with the Council's Directorate Schemes of Delegation for
the approval of the commencement of a Request for Quotation (RFQ)
process published via Oracle at Skelmersdale Library – Air
Conditioning Replacement.
