The Lancashire Combined County Authority approved the LCCA Vision and Objectives document. They also approved the Lancashire Growth Plan 2025-35 as the primary economic vision. The Authority noted the Quarter 1 Monitoring Position against the 2025/26 Budget, approved the creation of a membership budget line, and approved accepting the Highways Maintenance Grant from the Department for Transport. They approved LCCA participation in the Great North Partnership and authorised a £30,000 payment for subscription fees. Finally, the Authority approved the proposed Work Plan and directed the Interim Chief Operating Officer to incorporate implementation activities.
