The Corporate Parenting Board of Lancashire Council approved recommendations on 01/10/2025. The board will inform all care leavers of the Local Offer webpage, help younger care leavers, parents, and those whose first language is not English to better understand the local offer, and continue work with partners regarding housing, emotional wellbeing, and education or employment.
