Purpose

This report proposes to appoint County
Councillor Ella Worthington in place of County Councillor Martin
Topp as Lead Member for Rural Affairs, Environment and
Communities.

Content

The Leader of the County Council approved the
appointment of County Councillor Ella Worthington to replace County
Councillor Martin Topp, as the Lead Member for Rural Affairs,
Environment and Communities, with immediate effect.
 
This decision be implemented immediately for
the purposes of Standing Order C28(3) as any delay could adversely
affect the execution of the county council's responsibilities and
in particular the role and work of the Lead Member mentioned in the
report.
