Purpose

Reallocate capital underspends of £7.8m
to offset projected overspends in the 25/26 CAT 2 (Contract)
Structural Defects projects.

Underspends from the following projects will be reallocated. Due to
the reactive nature of the 25/26 CAT 2 (Contract) Structural
Defects projects, the reallocation will be done incrementally as
and when demand arises:
