Purpose

This report proposes to remove County
Councillor Tom Pickup as the Lead Member for Finance and
Resources.

The Leader of the County Council approved the
removal of County Councillor Tom Pickup as the Lead Member for
Finance and Resources, with immediate effect.
 
This decision should be implemented
immediately for the purposes of Standing Order C28(3) as any delay
could adversely affect the execution of the county council's
responsibilities and in particular the role and work of the Lead
Member mentioned in the report.
