The reallocation of Capital budget from the
programmes below to fund the forecast additional spend on high
quality permanent repairs over the winter as defect numbers
increase. See Appendix for detail

£2m - Bridge Projects that due to operational issues are
unable to be completed this year
£5.4m - Patching that hasn't been programmed
£0.4m - Capital Lining that hasn't been programmed

Decision

Kirstie Williams, Interim Head
of Service Highway Operations and Design, on behalf of Matt

Transport, took a decision to reallocate
capital budget from the programmes identified.
