Purpose

This report presents an application from an
organisation requesting £1,000 towards a new heating system
for their Swimming Pool from the Champion for Young People
budget.

Content

The Head of Democratic Services, following
consultation with County Councillor Mackenzie Ritson, Champion for
Young People, rejected a Champions Grant application to Carnforth
Community Swimming Pool towards the cost of a new heated swimming
system.

The reason for the rejection was Cllr Ritson due to limited funds
available he is unable so support this request.
