Purpose

This report outlines an updated approach to
advice services offered by the Lead Local Flood Authority to
improve customer engagement in relation to statutory planning
consultations and statutory ordinary watercourse consent
applications. The services proposed will generate an increase in
external revenue income, establish an improved customer journey and
fund resources required to enable sustainable statutory and advice
service delivery.
