Purpose
The purpose of the proposed shared cycle-way
is to upgrade and improve sustainable transport links and to
support social inclusion.
Street lighting is being installed along the shared cycle-way to
provide in the interest of safety and to make the route more
desirable for all users.
Consultations
Formal consultation was carried out between 28 February 2025 until
28 March 2025 which included advertising in the local press and
notices being displayed on site. Divisional county councillors were
consulted along with the council's usual consultees and the
consultation documents posted on the council's website.
Following formal consultation No Objections were received.
