Purpose

Approval is sought for the County Council to

pay:

1. A Contribution of £70,000 to be used towards improvements
to the signal junction at Glen View Road/Manchester Road.

2. A Contribution of £30,000 to be used for the improvements
of bus stops serving the development
3. A contribution of £60,000 to support local bus
services.
Authority to take this decision has been delegated under the Scheme
of Delegation to Heads of Service.
