Purpose

A decision on the approval to commence a
three-quote procurement process to secure the delivery of the
Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme, funded by the
Department for Education, within the Ribble Valley district. This
decision ensures compliance with procurement regulations and
supports the provision of high-quality holiday activities and
nutritious food for eligible children and families. A three-quote
process is required as the district council have reported that they
are not in a position to supply HAF in this district. Therefore, we
are required to approach other suitable delivery partners to ensure
the service is provided.

took a decision to extend a contract with Roefield Leisure Trust for the delivery of the
Holiday Activities and Food Programme for a further 3
months.
