Purpose

number of changes to the System C Liquidlogic Adults’ SysLAS)
and ContrOCC applications. Following a procurement utilising the
NEPRO3 third party framework, it is the recommendation that the
contract is formally awarded to Bloom Procurement Services Ltd who
have appointed Better Group Limited to provide the services
required following on from a thorough evaluation.
