Purpose
This report
provides an overview of the strategic approach to Lancashire
Combined County Authority's (LCCA) commissioning and procurement
activity. As a new Authority, the approach is supported by a suite
of documentation intended to ensure that procurement activity
positively contributes to the vision and aims of the LCCA and that
overarching principles are consistently applied, meaning that all
procurement is well-governed and compliant with local and national
rules and legislation.
