The Lancashire Council Regulatory Committee decided to accept the application in part to record Whitley Road, Upholland as a bridleway between points A and G and to modify the Definitive Statement to remove the record of footpath between Z and G. This decision was made on 25/03/2026. The committee agreed to promote the associated Definitive Map Modification Order(s) to confirmation, if necessary at public inquiry.
