The Cabinet of Lancashire Council approved the proposed approach for allocating the Crisis and Resilience Fund. The Director of Public Health, Wellbeing and Communities was authorised to approve final delivery plan details and subsequent funding. The Cabinet also approved 'No Waiting At Any-Time' restrictions along Goosnargh Lane, Preston.
