Purpose

Lancashire County Council (The Authority) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified SPS Provider to support delivery of the Development Management, Project Management and Cost Consultancy services for the Samlesbury Enterprise Zone (SEZ). and provide advice across the following principal phases of activity.
Project 1 - Input into Site Wide Infrastructure Strategy and Foul Drainage Programme
Project 2 – Support the legal, funding and development arrangements of the Enterprise Zone
Project 3 – Support the Marketing & Communications activities of the Enterprise Zone
Project 4 – Support other Strategic Development projects
To potentially (if circumstances arise whereby LCC requires additional resource) to provide a range of other similar Development Management and Cost Consultancy services to as yet unspecified Strategic Development projects within Lancashire as required by LCC and to include services as described in the context of the commission outlined above.
