Purpose

Authorisation for members of the Pension Fund Committee and Lancashire Local Pension Board to participate at external Conferences and the payment of any associated delegate fees, travel, and accommodation costs by the Lancashire County Pension Fund.

Decision

Pete George, the Head of the Pension Fund, on behalf of the Corporate Director of Finance, took a decision to approve in person attendance by County Councillors J Tetlow, G Johnson, coopted member Cllr M Clifford from the Pension Fund Committee and Ms MiIler, Chair of the Lancashire Local Pension Board, together with online participation by County Councillor J Ash and Mr S Dunstan at the Local Govt Association LGPS Governance Conference on 28th/29th January 2027 at The Cedar Court Hotel, Harrogate, and the payment of any associated costs by the Lancashire County Pension Fund.
