The Environment, Economic Growth and Transport Scrutiny Committee of Lancashire Council approved recommendations on 17/09/2026. The committee noted and considered the outcome of the lane rental feasibility study and will formulate recommendations to the Cabinet Member for Highways and Transport on the implementation of a lane rental scheme.
