The Pension Shareholder Governance Committee approved the payment of a £10m dividend from Local Pensions Partnership Ltd to its shareholders, subject to tax advice. The committee also approved the 2026/27 remuneration package for the LPPA Chief Executive. The appointment of a Deputy Chair was deferred to the next meeting.
