RESOLVED:

that the
Committee’s dissatisfaction with the current draft of the
Charter be noted and an informal follow-up meeting be arranged for
the members of this Committee, relevant officers, Cabinet Member
for Health and Adult Social Care and Cabinet Member for
Communities, Refugees and Wellbeing to further discuss the
development of this Charter.
